By using Nearby Best ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

Nearby Best lets you search for local service providers and displays a short list of standout results, ranked using data sourced live from Google (via the Google Places API and Google Geocoding API) — including business names, addresses, ratings, review counts, hours, and links to Google Maps.

Data source and accuracy

Place information shown on Nearby Best is provided by Google and reflects Google's data at the time of your search. We do not verify, edit, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information — ratings, hours, and availability can change. Always confirm details (such as hours or availability) directly with the business or via the "View on Google Maps" link before relying on them. Nearby Best is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Automate, scrape, or send bulk/high-frequency requests to the service outside normal interactive use;
• Attempt to bypass rate limiting or other abuse-prevention measures;
• Use the service to build a competing directory, mapping product, or dataset from the underlying place data;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearby Best and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including decisions made based on the information it displays.

Third-party terms

Because search results are powered by Google, your use of that data is also governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
